When Brian Reece and Dylan McLean founded design by innovation they decided that they didn’t want to just ‘do loft conversions’.  As Brian says, “We don’t want to convert 500 run-of-the-mill lofts per year.  We don’t just build lofts we create the space you desire in your home.”
