KickStart package

If you’re a DIY enthusiast, but starting a loft conversion from scratch is a daunting project, this package allows you to decide how much help you need and we will work with you to ensure you construct a safe and functional loft room, complying with all the necessary requirements.

Don’t worry, if you get stuck you can ask for help at any stage of the build. We can even provide you with a work schedule and materials – and you’ll still have the satisfaction of having done it yourself!

The complete package

Every home is different and your loft room needs to work for your lifestyle. You’ll start by spending some time with our project designer to help you to design the living space that you want. Alternatively, we can work to plans you already have.

Your project designer will manage our experienced fitting teams and ensure everything is done to our high standards – and creates the finished rooms you want.

You don’t need to worry about permissions and certificates from your local buildings control officer, we’ll take care of all that. All you have to do is choose your colour scheme and furniture for your new living space. The bathroom furniture, fire doors, electrical sockets and even bespoke wooden staircases can be chosen from our brochure you can choose your own fixtures and fittings for us to install.

Even payment isn’t a painful experience; you can pay in five instalments with the final instalment due only when all the work is finished to your satisfaction.

Premier package

If you don’t mind spending a little more on life’s luxuries this package adds cutting edge technology products and complete decoration of your new accommodation.

Whether you want a spacious walk-in shower, a remote controlled shower (so it’s running as you slide out of bed), luxury bathroom fittings, or the advanced technology of a fingerprint door lock entry system, a bathroom flat screen TVs and a whole host of other hi tech products to make your lifestyle more comfortable.

Your new living space will be tiled or decorated to your colour scheme and your whole home will be cleaned by a team of professional cleaners before we depart. All you have to do is to move in and enjoy your extended home!
