Contract agreed, Architect calls to house for survey, and the plans are drawn

Plans approved by client

Necessary planning permission and building regulation approval obtained

Steel fabrication and joinery departments prepare your beam and staircase.

Stage 6
Scaffold erected and skip delivered

Stage 7
Craftsmen arrive on site as agreed, 8.30am approx and prepare loft for installation of Steels

Stage 8
Steels arrive including all materials and craned up onto the scaffolding

Stage 9
Steels and floor load installed

Stage 10
Dormer is erected, Velux’s fitted

Stage 11
First fix Electrics & Plumbing

Stage 12
Loft constructed - fire proofed – insulated.
First Inspection from Building Control

Stage 13
Cut out for Stairs – Stairs Installed

Stage 14
Plaster boarding completed

Stage 15
Plastering completed

Stage 16
Second fix Electrics & Plumbing completed

Stage 17
Second fix carpentry completed

Stage 18
Final Inspection from Building Control

Stage 19
Completion Certificate from building control sent out for safe keeping
